At Pala, quality is in our heart, our blood, our DNA. And we are ready to do everything possible to achieve this. Here are some measures we take to guarantee our quality :

• All ingredients come from the same suppliers that supply the best restaurants in the city. You can eat any meat and vegetables from our stock, fried with butter and dill. We tried. Salmon is our favorite.

• We don't take any shortcuts and we don't use any pretreated ingredients. We grind meats and whole organs, peel vegetables and even grind our own eggshells.

• We don't compromise – we can get kelp locally and cheaply, but we went all the way to Iceland to get ours. The volcanic activity of the region produces some of the best kelp in the world in terms of mineral content and nutritional profile.
