• Service FREE delivery within 48 - 72 hours if stock is available (Only Canton of Geneva).

• Delivery package of Frs 10.-- for purchases below Frs 50.-- (Frs 70.- from 26.03.22, only Canton of Geneva)

• No discounts/deductions are granted to customers who are delivered, the delivery is already free (except exceptions see conditions page).

• Free delivery service from Frs 50.-- purchase (Frs 70.- from 26.03.2022) (Only Canton of Geneva)

• For the rest of Switzerland, We send the order with La Poste. The actual postal charges are charged,(Free fee for orders between 5 and 28kg).
The weight of the order can not exceed 28kg.

• Permanent customer advice on site.

• Delivery canton of Geneva Monday to Friday from 8: 30 to 12: 00 and from 13: 00 to 17: 00. It is not possible to choose a specific delivery time in the time slot.
