Wolves hunt for prey in the rocky mountains of North America, the Arctic tundra, the mountains and forests of Europe, as well as the deserts and steppes of Central Asia. This provides them with nutrient-rich meat and entrails, but also vegetables, fruits, berries, roots and herbs via the contents of the prey's stomach. Cereals are not included here. This is how the wolf gets the vitamins, minerals, trace elements, enzymes and secondary plant substances that it needs. The wolf being the ancestor of all dogs, our Wolfsblut kibbles are based on the natural eating habits of the wolf. It contains a lot of meat or fish combined with superfoods that contain valuable ingredients - just like in nature, without any cereals. Our selection of unusual types of meat and nutrient-rich superfoods is based on the wolf's habitats and their colorful variety of food. Wolfsblut offers each dog an original and species-appropriate diet and with its variety of varieties, there is something for everyone that he can tolerate. The recipe for WIDE PLAIN ACTIVE dry food combines wolf food with the latest scientific knowledge on the correct nutrition of dogs.
